Glens of Foudland Wind Farm Community Trust is committed to ensuring that received information is secure. Electronic information is stored on trustee and stakeholder computers which are password protected. Passwords are changed at regular intervals. The computers also has firewall protection and virus protection.
Paper documents are filed securely and only available to trustees and stakeholders.

Sharing of data

Personal data will not be shared unless prior agreement is made with those concerned.

Data Consent

Where grant applicants and suppliers provide information to Glens of Foudland Wind Farm Community Trust, it is assumed that consent is given to Glens of Foudland Wind Farm Community Trust to hold this data for the duration of the wind farm life.
